| Hi and Welcome to my shop. When you order a shop item, you will be sent details of where to download the zip file usually within 24 hours. Often this is a lot sooner and in rare cases of server malfunction or email problems, it could be a little longer. All shop items, whether JPGs or MPGs, are in password protected zips. Please ensure you have suitable software for viewing MPGs, JPGs and decrypting zip files before ordering, we will not provide these. If you encounter problems, please use the contact page to let us know and provide as much detail as possible. All passwords and zip download locations are sent to your given email address, so ensure it is a real one. All passwords are personal to you and you alone. We monitor for multi downloads of the zip and the passwords being shared. Everyone has a different password, so we do know who is responsible. I know all of that is pretty obvious, but there's always a few that ruin it for the rest. Enjoy the shop!
